This client had an old smaller patio with disconnected and small stoops. He called us to design and build an area for a table, lounge area with fire pit, and a convenient space designated for his grills.

We designed a beautiful new paver walkway connecting the driveway to the sunroom and continuing to the paver patio. A new larger continuous stoop was poured with concrete and finished with a natural stone veneer, limestone coping, and pavers to match the patio. The new patio was laid in Unilock Beacon Hill with the Flagstone finish and bordered with Unilock Brussel Block to unify the walk and patio materials. Phase II begins spring 2024 with a renovation of the front yard and walkway.
