This client called Great Oaks for a backyard patio renovation. Our main objective was to remove the aggregate small patio and enlarge the patio space for a more spacious look and feel on a tight corner lot. We maximized depth of the allowable space and then planted a lush row of Green Giant Arborvitae for privacy, as well as the aesthetics of the green ‘curtain’ it provides.

In addition to the patio, the homeowner requested new steps and a stoop with deeper treads and custom hand rail. The patio features Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth ‘Opal’ with Holland Stone ‘Charcoal’ soldier course.
