Lawn Maintenance Crew

Hourly Pay Ranges

  • Entry level: $16 – $18/hr
  • Experienced crew member: $18 – $22/hr
  • Crew leader: $22 – $26/hr

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mowing
  • Trimming/Edging
  • Blowing
  • Light pruning
  • Bed maintenance
  • Cleanups

Construction Crew

Hourly Pay Ranges

  • Entry laborer: $18 – $21/hr
  • Skilled laborer: $21 – $25/hr
  • Hardscape installer / foreman: $25 – $35/hr

HARDSCAPE SKILLS THAT INCREASE PAY

  • Paver installation
  • Retaining walls
  • Grading and drainage
  • Skid steer / mini-ex operation
  • Carpentry / outdoor structures
