Maximizing The Space
When you have a limited outdoor space to work with, it’s important to get creative. We removed an existing concrete slab patio and replaced it with these gorgeous Unilock pavers. We thought outside the box and wrapped this paver patio around the home to give this client some extra square footage since this townhome has a miniature yard. While this patio isn’t primed for a massive outdoor party, it’s the perfect sanctuary from a stressful day.
Paver Patio
The main part of this patio was laid using Unilock Umbriana pavers in French Grey. For the border, we used Unilock Courtstone Border in the color Basalt. We wrapped the patio around the townhouse to maximize its square footage. Isn’t it beautiful?
Fire Pit
This patio has ample space to host a small gathering and what better way to enjoy it than around a fire pit? Since the fire pit isn’t built in, it can be moved from the patio when it’s not in use in order to accommodate more guests.
Landscaping
Any patio feels incomplete without some type of surrounding landscaping. Here, we utilized small boulders, trees, and plants to give a final finishing touch to the space. Flowers provide a softer element against the hard stone of the patio and fire pit. In addition, the plants add a garden element for tranquility.
