These homeowners called us to transform their small, basic concrete patio into a larger area to entertain, with the focus being the grill island and seating area.

The newly designed patio is a Techo-Bloc paver installed in a linear layout to add to the transitional feel of the space. We installed a mechanical StruXure pergola with wind and rain sensors, LED lighting, fan, drop down TV mount, and outdoor heaters.

The custom grill island includes a pizza oven, Green Egg, grill, pub-height stool seating and another TV. The fridge and pull-out trash can complete the island. LED lighting mounted on the house and on the counter allows for easy cooking long after the sun goes down. Lastly, we installed an audio system that’s synced with the TVs that can be played independently or in unison.
