These clients called us to remove and replace a rotting, old deck that didn’t have enough functional space. We were able to make some major changes and create a space they now love and enjoy with friends and family.
The Long View: Paver Patio, Fire Pit & Seat Walls
We elongated the footprint of the outdoor space to accommodate more people and party. The multi-level paver patio gives the backyard “rooms.” Gather around the linear fire pit, because there’s plenty of room with the overflow wall seating. Converse over dinner at one of the dining tables or play games long into the night. Now this backyard space is a functional and welcoming space for all who enter.
Patterned Pavers
These patterned pavers define the spaces adding visual texture and interest. Pavers are the canvas of an outdoor space and have many options to create the kind of statement you desire. What patterns, colors, and lines bring you joy?
Lounge Area
A comfortable lounge area gives this backyard another reason to enjoy the outdoors. Bring out the wine, pass the appetizers, and relax into the made-for-long-conversations outdoor furniture. It’s a classy way to unload from the day.
Seat Walls
Eden stone veneer with rock faced edges bring definition and more texture to the whole outdoor space. We matched plantings with the current landscaping and filled out the space close to the patio. The background trees were already a lovely, integral part of the backyard, we needed plantings that would complement.
