A Backyard Built For Entertainment
These clients wanted an entertainment space with several key features. We spent considerable time planning the space so it could include all of the clients’ wishlist in an aesthetically-pleasing and functional design. We also needed to match some of the home’s existing elements with the new patio spaces. This project presented a few challenges, and now our clients can entertain to their heart’s delight in this multi-faceted patio space.
Not pictured is a new path from the front to the back patio, new steps poured at the back doors, new plantings, and LED lighting. A full package patio!
Cedar Pergola & Fire Pit
The cedar pergola is the perfect place for fall and spring fires where you can see the fire dancing off the reflective glass. It’s easy to become mesmerized by the flames and lose yourself in the outdoors under the night sky. Responsibilities are a fleeting memory under the pergola.
Outdoor Dining Area & Paver Patio
This custom outdoor kitchen has everything to make a home-cooked meal outdoors. Guests can enjoy food straight from the grill where everything you need to create the memorable meal is right at your fingertips. The paver patio below the dining table was made from natural cleft full range bluestone, and it’s hard to take your eyes off it.
Outdoor Kitchen & Pub Seating
We matched the stone veneer on the outdoor kitchen to the home’s existing stone on the front of the home. The pub-height seating and grill countertops are honed granite maintaining popular granite benefits but yielding a more casual, less-shiny finish. The pub seating will work perfectly for the forthcoming TV wall where games can be enjoyed and food fresh from the grill will be devoured.
